The RRA-106 is a double-deck gas rice cooker designed for culinary businesses such as restaurants, catering services, and canteens. It has a capacity of 3-15 kg, equivalent to serving approximately 20-100 people in a single cooking cycle. Made from stainless steel, it is hygienic, easy to clean, and rust resistant.

The RRA-106 is equipped with a Self-Diagnosis feature that detects and notifies issues through error codes and alarms. It also features a Flame Failure Safety Device that prevents gas leakage when the flame goes out. If the burner flame is extinguished (due to wind, interrupted gas supply, or low gas pressure), the system detects the flame failure and automatically shuts off the gas flow to prevent fire and explosion hazards.
