How to Care for a Glass Built-in Hob

To keep the tempered glass durable and safe for everyday use, customers are advised to follow these care guidelines:

Provide sufficient distance from the wall

Place the stove at least 5 cm away from the wall on the left, right, and rear sides. Positioning the stove too close to the wall may cause heat to reflect back onto the appliance and affect the long-term durability of the glass surface.

Use cookware with appropriate size and weight

Use pots or cookware with suitable dimensions and a load not exceeding 100 kg to avoid excessive pressure on the glass surface.

Limit cooking duration

To maintain stable stove performance, avoid continuous use for excessively long periods. It is recommended to limit cooking time to a maximum of 5 hours.

Avoid extreme temperature changes

Do not place extremely hot cookware directly on the glass surface when the stove is not in use. Use a pot mat or allow the cookware temperature to cool slightly first to reduce the risk of sudden temperature changes that may cause the glass to crack.

Clean the stove only after it has cooled down

Clean the stove surface with a soft cloth once the temperature has decreased. Avoid cleaning the stove while it is still hot, especially with a wet cloth, as sudden temperature changes may damage the glass surface. For further information, please contact our customer service:
